APN和NTproBNP的关系及其在慢性缺血性心衰发病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 选择老年缺血性心衰患者100例,按照NYHA心功能分级不同分为NYHAⅠ-Ⅱ组和NYHA Ⅲ-IV组,对照组为健康者25例,比较各组血清脂联素(APN)水平与N末端前脑钠肽(NTproBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的关系。发现APN在缺血性心衰患者中显著升高,且随着NYHA心功能分级的增加明显增加。APN与NTproBNP呈正相关,与LVEF、TC、BMI呈负相关,NYHA心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ组患者经积极纠正心衰后,APN及NTproBNP水平明显下降。认为APN可能是老年缺血性心衰患者严重程度的独立预测因子,同时可能参与心衰的进程。
