我国规范中规定的钢筋混凝土受弯构件的最小配筋率是按“强度准则”确定的。提出用控制允许裂缝宽度作为标准确定最小配筋率原则。

The minimum reinforcement ratio of reinforced concrete flexural members in our code is determined on the principle of strength.It doesn't consider the condition of service-ability. In this paper,the method of determining the minimum reinforcement ratio of reinforced concrete flexural members on the standard of controlling the crack width is proposed.
