槲皮素对人肺泡上皮细胞(A549)中ICAM-1表达的影响

Quercetin inhibits IL-1β induced ICAM-1 expression in human alveolar epithelial cells.

目的研究槲皮素对人肺泡上皮细胞(A549)中的细胞间粘附因子-1(ICAM-1)的表达影响。方法用IL-1β构建人肺泡上皮细胞炎症模型,用RT-PCR和Western Blot技术检测ICAM-1的mRNA水平和蛋白水平的表达变化。结果槲皮素对ICAM-1具有下调作用,且具有一定的浓度依赖性。结论槲皮素通过抑制IL-1β而抑制ICAM-1,具有抗感染作用。

Objective To study the effect of quercetin in intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ ICAM-1 ） expression in human alveolar epithelial cells. Methods Cell inflammation model was constructed using IL-1β. RT-PCR and Western Blot was carried out to detect the changes of mRNA and protein expression level. Results Quercetin decreased IL-1 beta-induced expression of ICAM-1 mRNA and protein in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion Quercefin inhibit ICAM-1 production by interleukin I beta （IL-1 beta ）, and can play a role in anti-inflammatory procedure.
