关于构建医疗设备数字化招投标平台的探索

The exploration of constructing an internet platform for bids purchasing and inviting bids of medical devices.

随着医疗卫生体制改革的进一步深化,对医疗设备材料的采购提出更高的要求。本文通过对招标网络流程构建以及对网络八要素的分析,结合医院现行采购招标的现况,探索建立一套具有可操作性的数字化招投标系统平台的可行性。

With further improving reformation of medical service system,the purchasing of medical equipments and devices are managed more and more strictly. To this requirement, we constructed an internet platform for Bids Purchasing or inviting bids and analyzed five elements in this platform. As the result, we explored the feasibility of applying an internet platform for Bids Purchasing and inviting bids of medical devices in current situation in our hospital.
