摘要
光纤Bragg光栅流量传感器是基于光信号的新型流量传感器。当光纤光栅受到流体的作用时,其波长、相位都会发生变化,通过检测光信号的变化就可得到外界流量的变化。文章主要介绍了几种光纤光栅流量传感器的工作机理,分析了各种流量传感器的优缺点,并对光纤光栅流量传感器的发展进行了展望。
Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) flowmeter is a new type of flowmeter based on optical signals.Its wavelength,phase and other parameters are all changed when its fiber and grating are subject to the actions of fluids.The external flow variations can be measured by measuring the optical signal changes.The operating principles of several types FBG flowmeters are described,their merits and demerits analyzed,and the prospects of their development are summarized.
