摘要
介绍了分子影像学中图像分割技术在分子影像学的结果分析、运动分析、三维可视化等后续操作以及图像引导手术、肿瘤放射治疗、治疗评估中重要的应用价值。对近年来用于分子影像学中图像分割的主要方法(Artificial Neural Networks、Snake等)、发展趋势、研究热点以及评估等问题进行了综述和讨论。
The application value of molecular image segmentation in molecular image technology is introduced especially in results analysis, motion analysis, 3D visualization, and other follow-up operation, and image guided surgery, oneology radiation therapy, therapeutic assessment. It gives an overview on molecular image segmentation of the main methods (Artificial Neural Networks, Snake, etc.), development trends, topics, the assessment of such issues and discussion.
