目的:长远规划医院PACS存储。方法:以我院PACS升级存储为例,探讨在医院信息系统背景下如何利用原有网络拓扑构建PACS存储,以满足日后存储的进一步升级。结果:PACS存储方案的选择和确定是一个事关医院信息化建设的长远规划问题。结论:合理规划PACS存储是医院信息化建设的重要步骤。

Objective To layout the storage of hospital Picture Archiving and Communication System （PACS） in long term. Methods As an example for updating the PACS storage in our hospital, the scheme for PACS storage was presented to show how to improve the storage layout using the existing network topology and hospital information system for future update of storage, Results The selection and determination of scheme for PACS storage is relative to the long-term layout on hospital information construction.Conclusion Reasonable storage of PACS is an essential step in hospital digitization.
