摘要
目的探讨消癌平颗粒剂中绿原酸含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件:LUNA ODSC18柱;以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml.min^-1,检测波长327 nm,柱温25℃。结果0.015-0.600μg范围内呈良好的线性关系r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.00%,RSD为0.83%(n=5)。结论本方法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于消癌平颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping particle. Methods Chlorogenic acid was chromatographed on Shimadzu HPLC with a C18 column and detected at 327nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate acid (9:91 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of the method was between 0. 015 and 0. 600 ug ( r = 0.999 9 ). The average recovery was 99.00% , and RSD was 0.83 % ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple, fast and accurate for the analysis of chlorogenic acid.
