摘要
目的研究景天三七全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析进行化合物的分离提纯,用波谱分析方法鉴定结构。结果从景天三七提取物中分离得到9个化合物,经波谱分析的方法鉴定结构,分别是Glutin-5-en-3-one(1)、Isomoliol-3β-acetate(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、二十六烷酸(4)、没子酸(5)、槲皮素(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、红景天苷(8)和大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物1、2、4、7、8和9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Sedum aixoon L. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results Nine chemical constituents were isolated from Sedum aixoon L. Their structure were identified as Glutin-5-en-3-one ( 1 ) , Isomoliol-3~3-acetatc ( 2 ) , [3-sitosterol ( 3 ), hexacosoic acid ( 4 ), Gallic acid ( 5 ), quercetin ( 6 ), Daucosterol ( 7 ), Salidroside ( 8 ), chrysophanol-8-O-β- D- glucoside(9) by spectral analysis. Conclusion The compounds of 1,2,4,7,8 and 9 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
