河南驻马店地区大学生艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and behavior for AIDS among college students in Zhumadian city

目的了解河南驻马店地区大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况以及相关行为和态度,为今后高校制定艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法随机选取河南驻马店市黄淮学院一至三年级大学生1053人,进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果黄淮学院大学生对大部分艾滋病相关知识的知晓率>75.0%,其中您是否知道艾滋病全称、艾滋病抗体阳性是否感染标志、我国的艾滋病疫情处于哪一期、治愈性病可否减少感染艾滋病的危险、蚊虫叮咬会不会传播艾滋病5道题的知晓率较低,分别为56.5%、39.1%、36.8%、54.0%、45.4%;大学生对待艾滋病患者的可能态度以同情但避而远之为主占34.2%;大学生艾滋病知识主要来源于自己周围的网络电视电台等占66.0%,从家庭处获得的相关知识较少占25.5%;48.4%的人明确表示反对婚前性行为。结论河南驻马店地区大学生已具备一定的预防艾滋病的知识,但部分知识仍有欠缺,今后高校应进一步加强艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育和性健康教育。

Objective To study the knowledge, attitude and behavior related AIDS among college students in Zhumadian city, and to provide prevention basis for university strategy against AIDS. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used in the recruited 1 053 students of Grade 1 - 3,using self-administered questionnaire on the field survey. Results The proportion of correct answers to AIDS related knowledge was more than 75.0%, but correct answer rate was low in the following questions ： Do you know AIDS＇ full name（56.5% ） ？ Antibody positive of AIDS means infected （39.1% ）？ Current situation of AIDS in China（36.8% ） ？ Curing venereal disease whether could reduce the risk of infection of AIDS or not（54.0% ） ？ Can mosquito spread AIDS（45.4% ）？ The main attitude of college students toward AIDS was sympathy but stayed away from them（34.2% ）. The knowledge of AIDS was primarily came from internet, television and station（66.0% ） , but it was low that came from family （ 34.2% ）. Only 48.4% students disapproved premarital sex. Conclusion Most of the students have mastered the knowledge about AIDS but a few students had high risk behaviors. It＇s necessary for universities to enhance sexual health education on prevention and treatment of AIDS.
