普伐他汀对高血压患者脉压和动脉弹性的影响

Effect of Pravastatin on Pulse Pressure and Arterial Elasticity of Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:评价普伐他汀对高血压患者脉压和动脉弹性的影响。方法:选择54例正在规律服用降压药物治疗并且脉压≥60mmHg的高血压患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各27例,治疗组在原降压药物的基础上加服普伐他汀(20mg/d),对照组则继续服用原降压药物不变,在治疗前及治疗16周以后分别检测患者的血压、大动脉和小动脉弹性指数(C1和C2)。结果:普伐他汀组治疗后的收缩压(SBP)、脉压(PP)和C2较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),C1则无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论:普伐他汀能明显改善高血压患者的小动脉弹性,从而起到降低脉压的作用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of pravastatin on pulse pressure and arterial elasticity of patients with essential hypertension. Methods： 54 patients with pulse pressure being 60mmHg or above , were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（n=27） was given pravastatin （20mg/d）and unchanged in the control group（n=27）on the basis of the original treatment for 16 weeks. Brachial blood pressure , large and small arterial elastic indexes （Cland C2）were measured before and after treatment. Results： In pravastatin group , systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were decreased significantly（P〈0. 05）, C2 was increased （P〈0.05）, while no change for C1 was shown（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Pravastatin might reduce pulse pressure through improvement of small arterial elasticity in hypertensives.
