体育产业治理模式的选择与评析

The Choice and Analysis on the Model of Sports Industry Governance

体育产业治理存在传统政府治理、市场主导型治理、体育行业协会治理、体育企业或集团自我控制治理等多种治理模式,每种模式都有优点,也存在诸多缺点。本文提出新时期我国的体育产业治理的三种模式选择,并指出多元化协同模式为其最佳,即政府、市场和以体育行业协会、体育中介为主的非政府组织以及企业等多元因素相互协同起作用的模式,并通过体育产业多元化协同治理与传统的政府治理、市场治理的比较指出了体育行业协会在多元化协同治理中的突出地位。

Sports industry governance has many different models, such as traditional governance, market-oriented governance, sports industry association＇s governance and sports group governance, etc. Each model has its advantages and disadvantages. This paper provides a suitable mode for China＇s sports industry governance on the basis of multiplex coordination, namely, a model in syner8ies of the Government, industry associations, market and sports agency, ect, these non-govcrnmental organizations and enterprises. By the comparison among the sports industry multiplex coordination governance, the traditional government governance and market governance, this paper pointed out the key role played by the sports industry associations in multiplex coordination governance.
