对我国跆拳道国家级裁判员现状调查与可持续发展的研究

The Actuality of the National Class Taekwondo Referees and the Sustainable Development of Their Troops

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,对参加2007年全国国家级跆拳道裁判员学习班的50名裁判员进行调查分析,并对我国跆拳道裁判员队伍的可持续发展提出对策,旨在为寻找适合我国国情的裁判员培养道路、加强我国裁判员队伍公正执法以及促进竞技体育健康有序发展提供理论依据。

The author investigated and analyzed 50 national class Taekwondo referees who studied in the same class in 2007 by literature reviews, questionnaire, observation, logical analysis and mathematic statistics. Countermeasures for the Taekwondo referee troop＇s sustainable development were put forward. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the Taekwondo referees＇ training mode suitable for China, strengthening the fare execution of the referee rank of our country and promoting competitive sports healthy and orderly development.
