丙酮-H_2O_2-ClO^-化学发光新体系的研究及应用

摘要 本文研究了丙酮—H_2O_2—ClO^-新体系的化学发光行为,其发光强度与一定范围内的ClO^-浓度有良好的线性关系。依据这一原理,建立了次氯酸根(ClO^-)的化学发光分析法。实验结果表明,方法的检出限为5.0×10^(-8)克/毫升,线性范围为5.0×10^(-6)~3.0×10^(-6)克/毫升,且具有较好的选择性。对含1.1毫克/升ClO^-的水溶液连续进行10次测定,结果的变异系数为4.3%。 The chemilumincscence (CL) of acctone-H_2O_2-ClO^- system was studied. It was found that. the CL intensity is proportional to the concentration of ClO^- in a definite range. Accordingly, we have worked out a CL analytical method for determination of ClO^-. The experimental results showed that the detection limit is 5.0×10^(-8) g/ml ClO^-, and the linear range is 5.0×18^(-8) to 3.0×10^(-6) g/ml. The method has good selectivity. The variation coefficient is 4.3% for a number of ten determinations of a water sample containing 1.0mg/1 ClO^-.
