摘要
北极地区油气资源丰富,战略价值重要。进入21世纪以来,随着全球气候变暖加速,北极地区的战略地位日益凸显,有关国家对北极地区的争夺日趋激烈。从战略意义上思考,中国对北极事务不可悠哉事外,而应制定相应战略,划分不同阶段,确定各阶段目标,有针对性地采取措施,确保国家利益。
The North Pole is rich with oil-gas resources and has significant strategic value. Since the entering 21 century and the quickening of global climate warming, the strategic position of the North Pole become more and more important, fight for resources in the North Pole by some countries become more and more intense. From the angle of strategic thought, China must not stand by with folded arms, but should work out a strategic plan, determine different stages and the targets of different stages, take relevant measures for safeguarding national interests.
