摘要
石油资源型城市的可持续发展是影响国民经济健康发展、区域经济协调发展、社会稳定和综合国力的提高、全面推进现代化建设的战略性问题。文章构建了一套石油资源型城市可持续发展评价体系,并以该评价体系为基础,利用主成分分析法和层次分析法对我国主要石油资源型城市可持续发展状况进行了评价,根据评价结果提出了关于石油资源型城市可持续发展的几点建议。
The sustainable development of petroleum cities is significant for healthy development of national economy, balanced development of regional economy, social stability and increasing national comprehensive strength, and promoting the modernization construction in China. This paper designs an evaluation system for oil resource-city sustainable development, uses principal component analysis and level analysis on the basis of this system and evaluates sustainable development conditions of China's major oil resource-cities, and puts forward some proposals for sustainable development of oil resource-city in the light of evaluation results.
