摘要
为了分析D45型450 t落下孔车侧承梁横向稳定性,利用模板建模技术建立了刚柔耦合整车模型.针对侧承梁间拉杆布置方案的合理性,进行了多种曲线通过仿真对比分析.由于车体存在一定程度侧倾,侧承梁在重物的横向分力作用下产生横向挠度变形,如大超高140 mm曲线通过时最大挠度变化为25.4 mm.尽管C组"八字"形拉杆对侧承梁横向刚度贡献最大,但是其肩座出现了比较大的受力情况,这与首次载运监测数据是一致的,因此,建议对C组拉杆肩座处采取必要的局部增强措施.
: In order to analyze the lateral-stability of side-bearing griders of a D45-type 450 t-laden well wagon, the rigid-flexible-coupling full-vehivle model was established with templatebased modeling mothedology. For the layout rationality of the rods between side-bearing griders, the contrast analysis of multi-curve negotiation simulations are carried out. Due to the huge carbody leaned to a certian extent, the side-bearing griders are bent transversely by the lateral forces of the heavy weights. For example, the max. deflection is 25.4 mm in the 140 mm superelevation curve negotiation. Although the contribution of C-group splaying-shape rods is the largest to the lateral stiffness of side-bearing griders, the load-situation of their holders of two rods becomes to be severe, which is validated with the inspect-measuring data of the first laden transportion. Therefore, it is suggested that the necessary remedies are needed for the two-rod holders of the C-group rods.
