摘要
为了分析CRH5动车组动力学性能,提出高速转向架的线性与非线性模型,并进行整车运动模态、临界速度和轮轨力等方面的对比分析.高速转向架的悬挂系统既具有明显的线性特征,如悬挂特性,又存在诸多非线性影响因素,如一系悬挂中的轮对定位装置、二系悬挂中的抗侧滚扭装置和横向止挡等.由于高速转向架运行速度范围宽,减振器阻尼作用使两级悬挂形成了低速与高速悬挂特性.对于高速车辆而言,影响临界速度的非线性因素主要来自于转向架,同时,在非线性稳态曲线通过时,转向架的诸多非线性因素会对轮轨力产生重要影响.仿真对比分析表明:上述分析与ALSTOM计算结果基本吻合,而且非线性模型更加有利于揭示非线性因素对高速转向架动力学性能的影响规律.
In order to analyze the dynamical performance of CRH5 trainset,the linear and nonlinear models of high-speed bogie were presented and the contrast analysis was implemented including motion modal, critical velocity and wheel-rail interaction. High-speed bogie not only has obvious linear features, i. e. , suspension characteristics, but also exists as many non-linear factors, for example, anti-deflection links in primary suspension and anti-roll bar. Due to the wide served-speed arrange of high-speed bogie, the damping action of vibration absorbers makes 2- stage suspension with defferent low/high-speed characteristics. For high-speed vehicle, the nonlinear influential factors on critical velocity comes mainly from bogie. Meanwhile, many non-linear factors of bogie may cause the important variation of wheel-rail interaction. The simulation contrast analyses show that the above results are fundamentally consistent with ALSTOM' s analyses, and the non-linear influential regularity of high-speed bogie is explored conveniently under favor of non-linear model.
