摘要
以NS1601型160 t伸缩臂式铁路起重机为基础,提出了基于虚拟样机技术的自动伸缩配重铁路起重机的方案.利用ADAMS及MATLAB软件建立自动伸缩配重起重机的主动控制模型,并对典型工况进行仿真试验,实现了起重机在吊重作业工况中的重心自动调整,同时得到机体相关部分的受力曲线,为自动伸缩配重式起重机的设计提供参考依据.
Based on a NS1601 160 t telescopic rail crane, a design is proposed by using viraual prototype technology on the active telescopic counterweight rail crane. An active control model is constructed by using ADAMS and MATLAB softwares, and simulated under typical working condition,which realizes the intelligent adjustment of gravity center on lifting condtion. The stress curves of the interrelated parts of the crane obtained by the simulation and provide reference basis for design of the active control rail crane.
