摘要
采用双椭球热源模型,对转向架构架焊接过程中所涉及热源进行仿真计算,并通过试验验证了结果准确性.针对构架焊接仿真计算机能力难以达到的问题,对热源进行了简化处理,求出其热循环曲线作为热源输入条件,并通过计算实例验证了其可行性.
In this paper, a double-ellipsoid heat source model was used for simulating the welding heat source of bogie frame. On this basis, the corresponding heat source models are simplified to meet the requirements of the computer capacity by extracting the average thermal cycling. The simplified heat source is validated by a computation example.
