摘要
劳务派遣制度是一种新型用工形式,由于该制度合经济性,备受公司企业青睐。随着高等学校用人制度改革的深入,高校开始引入劳务派遣制度。劳务派遣制度利弊互见,用工单位对被派遣劳动者权益时有侵犯,《劳动合同法》对劳务派遣进行了规范。高校劳务派遣亦应在《劳动合同法》规范下运行,尽管高校用人制度有其自身特点。本文通过对劳务派遣涵义、特征及其利弊进行分析,结合高校劳务派遣实际予以阐述,最后提出作者观点。
Labor dispatch system is a new way of employment. With the reform of universities' human resource management system , Labor dispatch system has been introduced in the form of employment. This paper discusses the significance, characteristics, present state of labor dispatching in universities. The author insists that labor dispatching shall generally be practiced for temporary, auxiliary or substitute job positions.
