This article presents the typical equip- ment corrosion in coking unit,analyzes that the oil—gas line of coke drum must be eroded by sour gas corrosion,erosion corrosion and galvan- ic corrosion,welding joint defection and dis- solved oxygen corrosion.Mostly blowhole is ero- ded to leak on the demineralized—water line. This article also analyzes the corrosion cause of radiation line,furnace,cold exchanging equip- ment and valve in the coke drum and the meas- ures should be taken with material upgrading, pipeline replacement,repair welding,alumini- zing,Ni P plating.
