催化裂化装置烟气轮机入口膨胀节变形分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了波形膨胀节应力分布的一般特点。针对三旋改造后烟气轮机入口膨胀节变形及过热的问题进行了简要分析,指出三旋改造过程中膨胀节未预紧及恒力弹簧未复位是导致膨胀节产生转角变大及局部超温的主要原因,并按 EJMA(美国膨胀节制造商协会)标准进行了应力评定。 This article introduces common char- acteristics of stress distribution of the corrugated pipe expansion joint,gives a brief analysis on distortion of expander inlet expansion joint and overheat after three-stage cyclone revamp, points out that main reasons caused the rotary angle enlargement and local superheat were the expansion joint was not pre—distorted and the constant force spring was not replaced during the reformation of three-stage cyclone,and the stress evaluation is made according to EJMA.
