阐述了红外热成像技术作为一种无损检测技术的重要作用,该技术分辨率高,显示多样化,可连续监测物体表面的瞬态二维温度分布场,便于发现热区、热区形状和热点分布,具有其他测温技术无可拟的优越性。红外热成像技术可广泛应用于隔热衬里缺陷检测、故障诊断、液位高度检测等石化设备监测等各个领域。
This article talks about the major functions of the infrared thermal imagery tech- nology used as one kind of non—destructive in- spection technologies.This technology,with high resolution,diversiform displays and advan- tages over other temperature measurement tech- nology,can continuously monitor the instanta- neous two—dimension temperature distribution field on the object surface,facilitated to find thermal area,shape of the thermal area and hot spot distribution.The Infrared thermal imagery technology can be widely used for petrochemical equipment monitor,such as heat insulation lin- ing flaw detection,the fault diagnosis,the liquid level detection and so on.
