缺血后处理及药物后处理对再灌注损伤心肌保护研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,随着冠状动脉内溶栓、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)等方法的广泛应用,再灌注治疗成为急性冠脉综合症的重要治疗方法。而随之带来的再灌注心律失常、心肌舒缩功能障碍、代谢异常及心肌超微结构的改变,即再灌注损伤现在愈来愈引起心血管医生的重视。如何防止缺血一再灌注损伤成为现今研究的重要内容,研究包括缺血性预适应(IPC)、药物性预适应、中药预适应几个方面。预适应能使急性心肌梗死(AMI)时心肌对再灌注损伤提高耐受能力、明显减少梗死面积、降低恶性心律失常发生并能改善心肌的收缩和代谢功能。
