摘要
本文介绍用絮凝—吸附法处理水溶性乳胶漆废水。先用石灰将废水的pH调节到8,加入絮凝剂硫酸铝、阳离子型PAM,静置、过滤,再经过煤渣、石英砂吸附。经处理后的废水色度、SS均可达排放标准,COD去除率也较高。
Using the fiocculation-adsorption process to treat the aque-dissolved emulsified paint wastewater is an attempt. This treating process can be expressed as follows: at first, pH value of wastewater was adjusted to 8.0 with limewash, then flocculant Al_2 (SO_4)_3 and positive ion type PAM were added respectively; the next steps were static sediment and filtration; in the last step, the wastewater was adsorbed through the coal cinder and the quartz sand. As a result, colourity and SS concentration of the treated water can reach the discharge standard, COD removal rate is also higher.
