试论宝泉抽水蓄能电站岩基抗滑稳定参数的确定

Study of Determining the Parameters of Stability against Sliding of Rock Foundation for Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station

以宝泉抽水蓄能电站工程的抗剪试验资料为依据，讨论了岩体抗剪参数ｃ，ｆ值的选取方法，推导了ｃ，ｆ的数字特征公式。通过对比分析表明，岩体抗剪参数具有随机和模糊两重性，故采用随机—模糊法选取ｃ，ｆ值，会更符合实际；给出的数字特征公式，可对参数ｃ，ｆ值的波动性及相关性进行检验。

The method of the parameters of determining rock foundation for Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station has been discussed,based on the data of shear test in the project.The formulae of mumerical character of c and f are derived.The results of comparision and analysis prove that the random-fuzzy method is more realisitic and better than the others because the parameters of rock foundation have the ramdomness and fuziness,and that the formulae of numerical character advanced in the paper can verify the variation and interrelation of c and f.
