对Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ动态连接库的文件输入输出进行了分析，在此基础上对动态连接库中字符串的输入输出加以扩充，使动态连接库支持用于科学计算数据的输入输出，解决了科学计算用动态连接库的实现问题。

An analysis on the input/output of the Windows Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files is discussed, a supplement is thus made to the input/output of the Chinese strings in the Windows DLL files, which realizes the application of the DLL files in the data input and output of scientific computation.
