高颈段髓外肿瘤显微切除术34例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 34 patients with upper cervical extramedullary tumor by microsurgical therapy

目的：探讨高颈段髓外肿瘤显微切除术围术期的护理方法。方法：对34例高颈段髓外肿瘤患者行显微切除术，术前给予心理护理，床上排便训练，呼吸功能锻炼，配置合适的颈托；术后严密观察生命体征，加强卧位、饮食、大小便护理，保持切口引流通畅，注意观察四肢肌力恢复情况，加强功能锻炼等。结果：本组34例均痊愈出院，随访3个月～5年，所有病例症状及神经功能均有改善，无肿瘤复发，未出现颈椎不稳定表现。结论：对高颈段髓外肿瘤患者行显微切除术治疗，并给予术前充分准备，术后严密监测，加强护理，能有效预防术后并发症，提高手术成功率。

Objective： To explore methods of pefioperative nursing care in the treatment of upper cervical extramedullary tumor by microsurgical therapy. Methods ： Microscopic excision was applied to 34 patients with upper cervical extramed- ullary tumor and comprehensive perioperative nursing care was given to the patients, such as preoperative psycho nursing care, training on defecating in bed and breathing exercise, choosing fit neck holder, close postoperative observation on vital signals and functional exercise in extremities, etc. Results ： Thirty four patients were all cured and discharged from hospital. According to the follow - up from 3 months to 5 years, the improvement was found in the patients ＇ symptoms and nerve function and no reoccurrence of tumor. Conclusion. Microscopic excision combined with comprehensive nursing care can effectively prevent from postoperative complication and increase the successful rate of operation in the treatment of upper cervi- cal extramedullary tumor.
