高职旅游管理专业毕业实习环节中的三对矛盾及其应对策略

Three Pairs of Contradictions and Countermeasures on Graduate Training Session in Higher Vocational Tourism Management Major

高职旅游管理专业毕业实习环节存在三对矛盾。我们应从五个方面采取应对策略:加大实习基地建设力度;加强对实习基地的宣传;签订使学校、实习基地、学生三方互惠互利的协议;在教学环节设计方面与企业更紧密对接、通过毕业实习教育提高学生思想认识。

There exist three pairs of contradictions in graduating training session.We should take appropriate measures from five perspectives.First,the building of training bases should be reinforced.Second,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of practice field. Third ,the agreement must be signed to make college, practising field and students mutually beneficial.Fourth, teaching activities should be designed to closely fit for the enterprises.The last and the most crucial measure is improving students＂ level of thinking graduating practice education. through
