The structure and work theory of Robotic System for Assembling and Laying Sand Cores are recommended in brief. The control system of it is composed of S7-300PLC, KUKA robot, servo controller, transducer and Touch Panel. Central controller PLC controls equipments such as robot system, servo motor etc. via PROFIBUS-DP field bus, which promotes the response speed and positioning accuracy of the whole system.
