摘要
小企业集群虚拟企业中的企业,由于参与了多个虚拟企业的运作,其订单信息处于动态变化之中,如何保证各订单按期交货是当下急需解决的问题。文章基于动态变化的企业订单信息,研究了生产计划调整问题,提出了两个阶段的调整方法,一是对企业当前的多个生产项目按照优先级评价结果进行排序,二是对各项目进行优化赶工,使企业能在订单信息动态变化的状态下,各项目满足交货期和订单质量要求并额外费用最低。
How to guarantee prompt delivery of goods in schedule is an urgent issue for the enterprises in virtual enterprise of small enterprise cluster at present, because the small enterprise usually participates in a number of virtual enterprises, and the order information is changing dynamically. Based on order information of dynamic change, the problem of production plan adjustment is researched and a two-stage adjustment method is proposed in this paper. First, multi-projects are ranked according to the priority level of evaluation result, second, rushing of each project is optimized, and each project additional cost is minimized with the premise of guaranteeing delivery date and quality.
