文章介绍了堆垛机控制系统的组成,并从"PLC硬件配置与程序开发、SIMATIC NET以太网配置、客户端(CLIENT)控制的实现"3方面论述了堆垛机控制系统的开发流程。通过堆垛机的运行控制最终实现了毛坯与成品的出库与入库操作。
This paper describes the PLC hardware configuration and software development.configu ration of SIMATIC NET and realization of Client application based on the construction of stacking machine. As a result products can be moved from or to the warehouse through the remote PC control.
