文章简要介绍了60万吨热轧不锈钢退火酸洗线的工艺流程、关键设备及技术性能和特点。这是国内第一条自主开发的大型连续自动化的热轧不锈钢退火酸洗线,主要技术指标居于国内领先水平,关键设备退火炉、酸洗工艺段、全自动焊机、抛丸机组等全部实现国产化。

The process, key equipment, technical performance and characteristics of 600000t/a hot- rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling line are briefly introduced. It is the first homemade continuous automation production line with Jeading main technical parameters, its key equipment such as annealing furnace, pickling section, automatic welder and shot blasting machine are all designed and manufactured in China.
