摘要
目的观察加味瓜蒌散对门脉高压大鼠胃肠激素的影响。方法用放免法检测正常组、模型组、心得安治疗组、加味瓜蒌散治疗组大鼠血浆胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素、胰高血糖素)的含量。结果模型组与正常组比较胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量明显升高(P<0.01),心得安组胃动素含量与模型组比较无明显改善(P>0.05),而胃泌素、胰高血糖素明显下降(P<0.05)。加味瓜蒌散各治疗组胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量与模型组比较明显下降(P<0.01或0.05),与心得安治疗组比较胃动素、胰高血糖素下降明显(P<0.05),加味瓜蒌散各剂量组之间无统计学差异。结论加味瓜蒌散能有效降低胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量,疗效优于心得安治疗组。其作用机理可能与其良好的抗肝纤维化、阻止肝硬化形成、降低门脉压力、改善肝功能作用有关。
Objective To observe the influence of Jiaweigualou Powder (JP) on gastrointestinal hormones in rats with portal hypertension. Method The radioimmunity method was used to detect the serum contents of gastrointestinal hormones (motilin, gastrin and glucagon) in rats of the normal group, model group, propranolol group and JP group. Result The serum contents of motilin, gastrin and glucagon increased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) in the model group than those in the normal group. The content of motilin did not change (P 〉 0.05 ), but the contents of gastrin and glucagon decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) in the propranolol group than those in the model group. In JP groups with different doses the serum contents of motilin, gastrin and glucagon decreased significantly than those in the model group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ), and the contents of motilin and glucagon decreased significantly than those in the propranolol group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no statistical difference among JP groups with different doses. Conclusion JP can decrease effectively the serum contents of motilin, gastrin and glucagon, and has a better curative effect than propranolol. The mechanism may be related to that it can antagonize liver fibrosis, prevent hepatocirrhosis, reduce portal pressure and improve liver function.
