摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定清脑降压胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法样品前处理采用超声提取方法;色谱柱为Agilent zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(42:58);检测波长278nm;流速为0.8mL/min。结果黄芩苷在0.366—1.832μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;相关系数分别0.9991;黄芩苷的平均加样回收率为99.84%(RSD为0.969%)。结论该方法灵敏,简便,结果准确,适用于清脑降压胶囊中黄芩苷含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of baicalin in Qingnaojiangya Capsules by HPLC. Methods The ultrasonic extracting method was applied in sample pre-treatment. The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) , the mobile phase was methano1-0. 2% of phosphoric acid water solution (42: 58). The detection wavelength was 278 nm and flow velocity was 0.8 mL/min. Results Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.366 - 1. 832 μg with correlation coefficient of 0.999 1. The average recovery of baicalin samples was 99.84% ( sensitive, simple and reliable, which was can be used Qingnaojiangya Capsules. RSD =0.969% ). Conclusion The method was for the quantitative determination of baicalin inQingnaojiangya Capsules.
