四诊信息中的症状单元

The symptomatic units in the clinical manifestations of Chinese medicine

类似于生物分类中的基本阶元——物种,中医四诊信息中存在症状单元。作为相对独立的临床现象,每一症状单元仅由一个症状部位和一个症状性质组成。基于历代医案,本文提取了累计频率为99.9%的症状单元415个,其中包含症状部位62个,症状性质243个。另外还提取了症状单元的限定因素57个。希望这一工作有利于四诊信息的规范和分类。

Similar to the basic category, species, in the biological taxonomy, symptomatic units should be found in the clinical manifestations of Chinese medicine. To be a relative independent clinical phenomenon, every symptomatic unit is composed of one symptomatic anatomy and one symptomatic characteristic definitely. Based upon the clinical records in the past dynasties, 415 symptomatic units were found with an accumulative frequency of 99.9%, if the symptomatic units were ordered from high frequency to low frequency. These symptomatic units include 62 symptomatic anatomies and 243 symptomatic characteristics. Furthermore, 57 factors that can aggravate and relieve these symptomatic units were summarized too. All of these results may be helpful to the standardization and classification of the clinical manifestations of Chinese medicine.
