摘要
目的建立阿尔泰柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量测定方法,为评价阿尔泰柴胡的质量奠定基础。方法利用HPLC法,采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,分别为等梯度及梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/m in,检验波长为210 nm。结果柴胡皂苷a的平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为2.4%(n=6);柴胡皂苷c的平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为2.5%(n=6);柴胡皂苷d的平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论3批样品测定结果表明,该方法可用于阿尔泰柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量测定。
Objective To establish a content determination method for saikosaponin a, c and d to lay the foundation for quality evaluation of Ahai Bupleurum Root. Methods The determination was carried out by HPLC with ZORBAX SB C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm) , mobile phase: acetonitrile: water, flow velocity : 0.8 mL / min, detection wavelength : 210 nm. Result The average recoveries were 98.0% for saikosaponin a(RSD =2.4% , n =6) , 98.4% for saikosaponin b(RSD =2.5%, n =6), 98.9% for saiko- saponin d (RSD = 2.0%, n = 6). Conclusion The determination of three batches of samples shows that this method could be used to determine the contents of saikosaponin a,c,d in Altai Bupleurum Root.
