穴位脉冲电刺激并药物治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效观察

Observation on the clinical therapeutic effect of electric pulse stimulation in acupoints on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨穴位脉冲电刺激治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将82例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组采用弥可保注射液静脉点滴,每日1次。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用脉冲电穴位治疗,每日1次。15 d后记录症状改善的有效率,测定正中神经及腓神经感觉神经传导速度,并与治疗前进行比较。结果治疗组症状改善有效率及神经传导速度的改善与对照组比具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位脉冲电刺激并药物治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of electrical pulse on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 82 cases of DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with intravenous injection of mecohalamin, one time a day. The treatment group were treated with the same therapy of the control group plus electrical pulse on acupoint. After 15 days, the effective rate of symptom improving was taken down, and the sensory nerve conduction velocities of median nerve and peroneal nerve were measured, and all these results were compared with the data taken before the treatment. Result There were significant differences in the improvement of symptoms and the nerve conduction velocities between the treatment group and the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment with electrical pulse on acupoints has obvious curative effect on DPN.
