摘要
目的对电针治疗急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)大鼠的最佳治疗时间进行初步探讨。方法将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、电针Ⅰ组(造模2h针刺)、电针Ⅱ组(造模6h针刺)、电针Ⅲ组(造模12h针刺),电针治疗选用“大椎”和“命门”穴,持续脉冲电流,频率2Hz,强度2-5mA,治疗30min。造模后24h采集各组大鼠脊髓标本,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。结果电针治疗ASCI大鼠,其损伤脊髓SOD、NO含量均有改变,以电针Ⅰ组影响最明显,电针Ⅱ组次之,电针Ⅲ组再次之。结论损伤后2h为针刺最佳治疗时间。
Objective To discuss the best treatment time of electroacupuncture in rats with acute spinal cord injury. Method All 50 rats were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, electroacupuncture group 1 (needled 2 hours after the model establishment), electroacupuneture group 2 (needled after 6 hours) and electroaeupuncture group 3 (needled after 12 hours). The treatment of electroacupuncture was given at the acupoints of Dazhui (GV14) and Mingmen (GV4) with continual pulse current at 2 Hz of frequency and 2-5 mA of intensity for 30 minutes. The spinal samples were collected from all groups 24 hours after model establishment and the content changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) were detected. Result After the treatment of electroacupuncture in rats with acute spinal cord injury the SOD and NO contents changed in injured spinal cord, which was more significant in eleetroacupuncture group 1 than in electroaeupuncture group 2 and eleetroacupuneture group 3. Conclusion The electroacupuncture given 2 hours after the occurrence of spinal cord injury will have the best time effectiveness.
