扶正培本对乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者免疫功能的影响

Influence of TCM therapy of supporting healthy qi and strengthening body resistance on immune function in patients with breast cancer after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy

目的观察中医扶正培本治疗对乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法54例乳腺癌初治患者按治疗方式分成A组(单纯新辅助化疗)29例,B组(新辅助化疗+扶正培本治疗)25例,在治疗前后检测患者细胞免疫功能的变化。结果A组治疗后CD3、CD4、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)明显下降(P<0.05);B组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞下降(P>0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合扶正培本治疗对改善乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能有积极的作用。

Objective To observe the influence of TCM therapy of supporting healthy qi and strengthening body resistance on cell immune function in patients with breast cancer after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy. Method The patients （n=54） were divided into group A （n=29, treated with neo-adjuvant chemotherapy） and group B （n=25, treated with neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and TCM therapy of supporting healthy qi ,ud strengthening body resistance）. The changes of cell immune function were detected before and after the treatment. Result After the treatment in group A the levels of CD3, CD4 and NK decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, and in group B the levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and NK decreased （P〉O.05）. Conclusion The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with TCM therapy of supporting healthy qi and strengthening body resistance can improve cell immune function in the patients with breast career.
