摘要
中国航海博物馆中央帆体是由三铰拱、空间管桁架、双曲索网玻璃幕墙等共同作用组合而成的空间结构体系。在施工建造和使用过程中,选择重要钢结构构件进行监测分析。其中包括三铰拱应力应变监测;索网结构的索力监测;帆体结构风环境、风压监测。同时根据监测结果,给出施工全过程监测记录,与施工计算结果进行比较,获得了结构实际受力状态的有效数据,为结构的施工过程安全评估和正常使用提供依据,并保障了结构的安全性。
The central sail structure of China Navigation Museum is a kind of spatial structure composed of three-hinged arch, spatial pipe truss and hyperbolic cable-net glass curtain. During the process of construction and using, important steel members are selected to do monitoring analysis including monitoring of stress and strain in three-hinged arch, cable force monitoring in cable net structure and monitoring of wind environment and wind pressure. At the same time, the monitoring records are given in the whole construction process according to monitoring results. In comparison with construction calculation results, effective data are obtained under structural actual force, which can offer a basis of safety assessment during construction process and normal use to ensure the safety of structure.
