Quality Measures for Fair-faced Concrete Appearance in Wuhan Station

武广客运专线新建武汉站站房工程,在铁路高架桥饰面清水混凝土空间曲面试验桥墩施工中出现了混凝土色差、混凝土表面有水纹、桥墩局部泛砂和混凝土表面气泡等质量缺陷,根据这些质量缺陷有针对性地进行了系统的原因分析,并制定了相应的保障措施。结果表明,通过一系列的技术改进,桥墩饰面清水效果完全达到了设计意图,取得了良好的效果。

This paper discusses the quality measures for the outward concrete appearance in Wuhan Station. As a case study, the paper describes the defects of fair-faced concrete appearance, and these include chromatism, water stripe, flashing and bubble, etc. To deal with these defects, this paper provides systemic analysis about possible reasons, and made treasures accordingly. It is concluded that the quality of concrete appearance in Wuhan Station has been significantly improved to fulfil design requirements after taking these treasures.
