摘要
论述了C-2工程环形250t起重机轨道的对接堆焊过程和方法。介绍了该项目循环水管道的优化焊接工艺,优化管口、加强肋焊缝的布置,并对焊接工艺及验收标准进行优化,改进焊接坡口和焊接方法。优化后,减小了焊接及相关辅助材料的浪费,省去了管道在车间制作时的碳弧气刨工序,减小了人工的投入,有力地保证了焊接施工质量及工期。
This paper describes the welding methods of annular crane rail and circulating water pipe for the C-2 project in Pakistan. Tne paper discusses the use of butt surfacing welding tecbnology, the welding process and methods for the 250t ring form hoisting machine. After welding, we sot up a good way in welding the rail, make a theory on how to weld a rail. The paper also introduces the welding procedure of circulating cooling water steel piping, which shows how to make an improvement to the welding procedure, welding groove, welding process and major welding joints arrangement as well as reinforcement ring and the fillet weld of exterior wall for the pipes. The optimization of welding construction in deference to standards can decrease the lest of welding material and other supplementary materials; meanwhile, it can diminish the carbon grooving process, and diminish the manual input. All these can ensure the welding quality as well as the time limit for the project.
