摘要
基于光纤布拉格光栅的应变测试原理,在天津奥体中心体育场的钢屋盖结构中,运用光纤布拉格光栅进行吊装和撤撑的长期应变测试,并详细介绍了等强度悬臂梁的测试和长期荷载试验,以及在天津奥体工程中的测试部位布置和传感器安装的过程。结果表明,用光纤布拉格光栅系统测试钢结构的拉应力是切实可行的。同时,使用光纤布拉格光栅对大型钢结构进行长期健康监测具有良好的发展前景。
This paper presents research into fiber Bragg gating based strain measurement in Tianjin Olympic Center. The strain measurement was set up at both assembly stage and bracing removal stage for long-term examination. For more technical details, this paper clarifies the strain measurement for a cantilever beam against long-term load test, the arrangement of testing points and the installation of sensors. It is concluded that it is a feasible solution to use fiber Bragg grating in strain measurement for steel structures, and there is a good future to adopt it for long-term structure health monitoring for large-scale steel structures.
