摘要
黄河故道淤积区地质情况复杂,经常伴有流砂和胶泥隔水层。在机械顶管施工中难以控制此现象,会发生一些问题。机械顶管技术初次在黄河故道淤积区施工时,发生了中线位移偏差和顶进技术严重超标的事故。基于此,从测量放线、顶进机具、人为操作等各方面进行了全过程调查和分析。在排除某些因素之后,分析出了发生事故的主要原因,并探索合理的应对方法和操作要点。结果表明,机械顶管测量放线和顶进长度均需要符合实事求是的原则,可降低施工误差,提高施工质量,避免事故发生。
This paper describes the mechanical pipe-pushing technology for construction in silt area of Yellow River old path. As the geological conditions of that siltation area is very complicated, and it is always associated with quicksand and daub-aquiclude, it is difficult to control the situation and there are always some problems to occur during mechanical pipe-pushing construction, such as displacement deviation of midline and orerproof pipe pushing technology. Through an accident, this paper investigates the whole process with regard to any possible links which include site surveying, top machine and manual operations. By eliminating some factors, this paper makes a further analysis about the main reasons of this accident in order to find out feasible methods to deal with the similar situation in the future, and the purpose is to reduce the inaccuracy in construction, to enhance the quality, and to avoid similar accident.
