摘要
根据国内外建筑业企业信息化技术开发应用的考察和研究,提出了管理信息化和生产过程信息化技术是建筑企业与工程项目信息化技术开发应用的发展趋势,分析了国内施工企业信息化技术开发应用的现状和存在的问题,并从管理信息化和生产过程信息化两方面提出了建筑企业实施信息化建设的工作重点和实施方法,同时探讨了学习贯彻并认真实施施工总承包特级资质企业信息化标准的重要意义和存在的问题。
Basod on investigation and study of construction industry informatization at home and abroad, it is put forward that management infonnatization and process infonnatization are the trend of development and application un coustruction enterprises and engineering project infonnatizafion technology. Current situation and existing problems are analyzed. At the same time, working emphasis and implementation methods of constroction industry informatization are put forward from management informatization and process informatization. Besides, important significance and methods are discussed on carrying out the standard of construction general contract special-grade enterprise informatization.
