提出一种改进的BP算法,通过对内蒙古气象环境状态指标体系的收集、预测与分析,从而为预测气象变化提供一种可操作性的方法,实践证明,该改进算法的预测能力优于传统的BP算法。

Proposes an improved BP network, various related data during the research period, in order to be used in meteorological phenonena forecasting, the result proves that the improved algorithm is better than the traditional BP algorithm in prediction ability.
