摘要
应用淋巴细胞体外活化模型和流式细胞分析技术,观察异体角膜体外对人外周血T淋巴细胞CD28分子表达的调节和FK506对T淋巴细胞CD28表达的抑制作用.结果显示:空白对照组T淋巴细胞CD28表达为21.3%;受异体角膜或PDB刺激后,T淋巴细胞CD28表达分别为52.4%和81.4%,同时加入FK506的实验组,T淋巴细胞CD28表达分别为24.5%和41.9%·结果表明异体角膜体外能够刺激T淋巴细胞CD28分子表达,FK506体外能够明显抑制T淋巴细胞CD28分子表达和活化.
To observe the regulation of allogeneic cornea on CD 28 molecular expression of T lymphocytes in human peripheral blood in Vitro and the suppressive effect of FK506 on CD 28 expression of T lymphocytes,T lymphocytes activation model in vitro and flow cytometry analysis were applied.The results showed that CD 28 expression of T lymphocytes was 21.3% in the control group;after stimulated by allogeneic cornea or PDB,it was increased to 52.4% and 81.4% respectively,and while it was suppressed by FK506.It was decreased to 24.5% and 41.9% respectively.These results indicated that allogeneic cornea stimulated CD 28 molecular expression of T lymphocytes,and FK506 had obviously suppressed it and also suppressed activation of T lymphocytes.
