摘要
对117名正常学龄前儿童唇鼻部形态结构进行平面数学测量,以期为儿童唇鼻部整形手术提供参考。研究结果显示:正常儿童唇鼻部形态除双侧唇高相对对称外,在侧唇高,唇红长度,鼻孔底宽度,唇峰口角距,唇缘长及人中切迹低点唇峰间距等方面存在数学上的不对称,其形态特征随性别不同而略有差异,且存在双侧结构趋于对称的相关关系。
This paper presented a study on the morphological measurement of masolabial of normal chidren. The methematical plain measurement about the nasolabial figures and structure was carried out in 117 normal preschool chidren.The result shoqed that the height of upper lip was almost aymmetry but there were methematical asymmetry in most items.The deviations between right and left side are as follow:0.27mm for the height of upper lip;0.40mm for the height of lateral upper lip;0.78mm for the length of mermilion;0.44mm for the nostril floor width;0.69mm for the distance from the high point of the cupid's bow to the angle of the monte;1.00mm for the length of cupid's bow edge;0.31mm for the distance between the bottom of philtral edge and the higt point of the cupid's bow.The discrapaucies between male and female preschool chidren could be neglected.The apperance of lip —nasal region tends to become symmetry.
